How to activate your Tally license on the cloud

Help → Activate License

Enter your serial number and unlock key while online. If it fails, don't retry repeatedly — the license may need re-registering against the cloud server; contact Fix24 support instead.

Activate from within Tally

  1. Open Tally on your cloud desktop.
  2. Go to Help > Activate License (or press the corresponding shortcut shown on your Tally version).
  3. Enter your Tally serial number and unlock/activation key.
  4. Make sure your internet connection is active, then submit — activation happens online against Tally's licensing server.

If activation fails

License activation on cloud desktops sometimes needs the license to be re-registered against the cloud server's identity. If you see an error, do not retry repeatedly — contact Fix24 support with your Tally serial number, and we'll complete the activation with Tally Solutions on your behalf.
