With a redirected drive enabled, drag the file from the cloud desktop onto your local drive in File Explorer to download it.
Using redirected drives (recommended)
Enable your local drive under Remote Desktop Connection > Show Options > Local Resources > More before connecting. Once inside the cloud session, simply drag the file from the cloud desktop into your redirected local drive in File Explorer.
No drive redirection available?
If your network policy doesn't allow drive redirection, email the file to yourself from the cloud desktop, or ask Fix24 support to share it via a secure download link.
