There's no self-service reset on the login screen. Support verifies your identity against the account on file, then resets it securely.
Reset your password
For security, cloud desktop passwords can only be reset by Fix24 support or your account admin — there's no self-service reset screen on the login prompt itself.
- Contact Fix24 support via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form, quoting your username/company name.
- We verify your identity against the account on file.
- We reset the password and share the new one with you securely.
